Your San Francisco Peninsula Expert!
I have called the San Francisco Bay Area home since 1971. It is a multicultural environment rich in diversity. With its much sought after geological beauty and temperate climate, and the richness of its scientific and artistic institutions, the Bay Area makes for a progressive place in which to grow throughout a lifetime. Naturally this creates great demand upon our location and one must think out of the box and be open to all possibilities when deciding where and how to live in this great area. This challenge is what motivates me he most, as I seek to match clients with real property.
Born and raised in California, I studied architecture in the College of Environmental Design at U.C. Berkeley, where I was exposed to all of the benefits as well as all of the issues that can arise living in our urban environment. I worked in Construction Management for over 30 years overseeing both commercial and residential projects from Monterey to Santa Rosa.
While living on the peninsula I have had the privilege to participate in many neighborhood events and associations which help local communities. My appointment as a member of the Board of Trustees to a not-for-profit organization was particularly gratifying as we worked to make a difference in the mid-peninsula area.
For most families, their home is their most valuable asset. Homes today not only act as a solid foundation from which to return each day as we live our multi-faceted lives, but they are also a valuable growing resource. I have personally enjoyed the challenge of buying and selling homes as a way to preserve assets. My passion is investigating, analyzing, and creating a plan of action, for my family, for friends, and for clients.
My commitment to you in meeting your real estate goals is to 1) be a good listener so that I can quickly understand your needs within the context of your welfare, and 2) to provide you with all the relevant information available for you to consider as you make your decisions.
